Digital Bridge

Terms & Conditions

These terms form the agreement between you and Digital Bridge for your use of Digital Bridge Website Builder. By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with

Digital Bridge Website Builder is operated by Digital Bridge, Gorey, Co. Wexford, Ireland. You can reach us at hello@digitalbridge.ie.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

2. The service

Digital Bridge Website Builder lets you generate, edit, host and publish a website. Hosting, SSL, a custom domain connection, AI content generation and technical SEO features are included in paid plans as described on our pricing page.

You may build and preview a site without paying. Editing beyond the initial generation, publishing, and connecting a custom domain require an active paid subscription.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

  • Plans are billed monthly in advance in EUR, excluding VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your location.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid billing period.
  • If a subscription lapses, is cancelled, or a payment finally fails, your published site is taken offline. Your content is retained and restored if you resubscribe.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Price changes never apply to a period already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to create, host or distribute:

  • unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing or hateful content;
  • sexually explicit material, or any content involving minors;
  • malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or harvest credentials;
  • content infringing another party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • spam, bulk unsolicited email, or misleading SEO manipulation;
  • goods or services you are not legally permitted to sell.

You are responsible for all content published through your account and for holding any licences or registrations your business requires.

5. Intellectual property

Your content is yours. You retain ownership of the text, images, branding and data you upload or generate through the service, and you grant us only the licence needed to host, process and display it while you use the service.

Our platform is ours. The builder software, templates, design system and brand remain the property of Digital Bridge. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it, not to resell, sublicense, copy or reverse-engineer it.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload — including images and text you supply to the AI tools — does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account, with notice where practical, if it breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, exposes us or other users to security or legal risk, or if payment is not received. Serious breaches — illegal content, malware, fraud — may be acted on immediately without notice.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. On termination we remove your published site and delete your content after a 30-day recovery window.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law are not affected by these terms.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which allows a full refund within 30 days of a charge. See the Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
